Struggling to perform your Chaturangas in class? Arms beginning to hurt when you hold your Downward Dog for too long? This workshop will equip you with the basics you need to build up the arm strength to get you moving in your Vinyasa yoga classes more easily and effectively!
This is a beginner level workshop, so you need NO arm strength to attend and learn here. Your main take-away will be body-awareness, alignments & correct technique, drills to build strength and variations you can use in your classes as you build the strength to work up to the full expression of the asanas requiring arm strength.
